RETURN POLICY

At Arsenal Tire Performance Tech, we are committed to providing high-quality products for the mining and transportation sectors. However, if a product shows a verifiable factory defect, we offer returns under the following conditions.

Returns apply strictly to manufacturing defects and must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. To start the process, the customer must provide photo or video evidence of the issue, along with the invoice number and product lot details. Our technical team will review the request and, if applicable, approve the return or replacement of the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging and without having been used beyond what was necessary to detect the defect. Returns will not be accepted for normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or extreme operating conditions that fall outside the product's recommended guidelines.

To request a return, the customer must send an email to [email protected] with the required information. The request will be evaluated within a maximum of 5 business days, and if approved, shipping instructions will be provided. Once the product is received and the defect is verified, we will proceed with the replacement or agreed-upon compensation.
