ARSENAL collects information about you when you use our mobile applications, websites, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services"), as well as through other interactions and communications you have with us. If you reside in Mexico, the Services are provided by ARSENAL, SAPI DE CV, and this Privacy Declaration applies to the information collected and used by ARSENAL, SAPI DE CV. If you reside outside Mexico, the Services are also provided by ARSENAL, SAPI DE CV, and this Privacy Declaration applies to information collected and used by ARSENAL, SAPI DE CV (collectively referred to as "ARSENAL," "we," or "us").
Scope and Application
This Privacy Declaration ("Declaration") applies to individuals anywhere in the world who use our applications and Services to request our on-demand services ("Users"). This Declaration does not apply to information we obtain from or about the service providers we promote, or any other individuals using the ARSENAL platform under license (referred to as "Fixters"). If you interact with the Services as both a User and a Fixter, the respective privacy declarations will apply to your different interactions.
Information Collection
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us—for example, when you create or modify your account, request services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, profile photo, payment method, requested items, delivery notes, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information We Collect Through Your Use of Our Services
When you use our Services, we collect information about you in the following general categories:
Location Information: When you use our Services, we collect precise location data regarding the Fixter's destination so they can reach the address where the service will be provided. If you permit the ARSENAL app to access location services through your mobile operating system's permission system ("platform"), we may also collect your device's precise location when the app is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.
Transaction Information: We collect transaction details related to your use of our Services, including the type of service requested, the date and time of service delivery, the amount charged, and other related transaction details.
Usage and Preference Information: We collect information about how you and site visitors interact with our Services, expressed preferences, and chosen settings. In some cases, we do this using cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers. For more details, please review our Cookie Declaration.
Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion data, and mobile network information.
Call and SMS Data: Our Services facilitate communication between Users and Fixters. To enable this feature, we receive call data, including the date and time of the call or SMS message, the phone numbers of both parties, and the SMS content.
Log Information: When you interact with the Services, we collect server logs, which may include information such as device IP addresses, access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and other system activity, browser type, and the third-party site or service you were using before interacting with our Services.
Important Information Regarding Platform Permissions
Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined specific types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent, and these platforms use different permission systems to obtain it. iOS will prompt you the first time the ARSENAL app requests permission to access certain data types, allowing you to grant or deny access. Android devices notify you of the permissions the ARSENAL app requires before you use it for the first time, and using the app implies your consent.
Information We Collect from Other Sources
We may also receive information from other sources and combine it with the data we collect through our Services. For example:
If you choose to link, create, or log into your ARSENAL account using a payment provider (e.g., PayPal) or a social media service (e.g., Facebook), we may receive information about you or your connections from that site or app.
When you request services, our Fixters may provide us with a User rating after completing the service.
How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect about you to:
Provide, maintain, and improve our Services—including, for example, facilitating payments, sending receipts, providing requested products and services (and sending related updates), developing new features, providing customer support to Users and Fixters, enhancing security features, authenticating users, and sending product updates and administrative messages;
Perform internal operations, such as preventing fraud and abuse of our Services, troubleshooting software bugs and operational issues, conducting data analysis, testing, and research, and monitoring usage and activity trends;
Send you communications we think will interest you, including news about ARSENAL products, services, and promotions, as well as those of other companies;
Personalize and improve the Services, including providing or recommending features, content, social connections, referrals, and advertisements.

Through Our Services
We may share your information:
With Fixters to enable them to provide the Services you request. For example, we share your name, photo (if provided), and your average User rating given by Fixters;
With the general public if you submit content to a public forum, such as blog comments, social media posts, or other features of our Services visible to the public;
With third parties you choose to let us share information with, such as other apps or websites that integrate with our app or Services, or those with which we integrate; and
Other Important Disclosures
We may share your information:
With affiliated entities that provide services or process data on our behalf, or for data centralization and/or logistical purposes;
With vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;
In response to a request for information by a competent authority if we believe disclosure aligns with, or is otherwise required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process;
With law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties if we believe your actions violate our User agreements, Terms of Service, or policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ARSENAL or others;
In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation, restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company;
If we notify you and you consent to the sharing; and
In an aggregated and/or anonymized format that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Social Media Sharing Features
The Services may integrate with social media sharing features and other related tools that allow you to share actions you take on our Services with other apps, sites, or media, and vice versa. Using these features lets you share information with your friends or the public, depending on your settings with the social media service. Please review the privacy policies of those social media services for more information on how they handle the data you provide or share.
Third-Party Analytics and Advertising Services
We may allow third parties to provide audience measurement and analytics services, serve advertisements on our behalf across the internet, and track and report on the performance of those ads. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, SDKs, and other technologies to identify your device when you visit our site and use our Services, as well as when you visit other online sites and services. Your Choices
Account Information
You may correct your account information at any time by logging into your online or in-app account. If you wish to cancel your account, please email us at [email protected]. Please note that in some cases, we may retain certain information about you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes to the extent permitted by law. For example, if you have a pending credit or debt on your account, or if we believe you have committed fraud or violated our Terms, we may attempt to resolve the issue before deleting your information.
Access Rights
ARSENAL will comply with individual requests regarding access, correction, and/or deletion of personal data it stores in accordance with applicable law.
Location Information
We request permission from your device for our app to collect precise location data through your mobile operating system's permission system. If you initially allow this collection, you can later disable it by changing your mobile device's location settings. However, doing so will limit your ability to use certain features of our Services.
Contact Information
We may also request permission for our app to collect and sync contact information from your device via your mobile OS permission system. If you initially allow this, iOS users can later disable it in their device's contact settings. The Android platform does not provide this setting.
Promotional Communications
You can opt out of receiving promotional messages from us by following the instructions in those messages. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those regarding your account, requested Services, or our ongoing business relationship.
